This is really tasty stuff. It's not really very hot, but the flavor of the jalapenos really comes through. Denzel smokes them little rascals with cherry wood for about a day, and that adds a real uniqueness to the taste. He tends to use this one like a relish. It's really great on grilled things like sausages, hot dogs or hamburgers. One guy he know puts it in his tomato juice.
