The brilliant, natural orange color comes from the dominant ripe habanero and carrot base. Not to be confused with the ridiculously hot habanero sauces that are fortified with pepper extracts, this sauce is as the label says, "Pretty Damn Hot" without being unnaturally so. This thick and pulpy sauces' wonderful flavor comes on strong immediately with the famous habanero burn delayed for 5 seconds or so.
